What can I say - after highs and lows and ebbs and flows with my health and fitness over the years - I think I have finally found the antidote that has worked - TYLER G! This guy has been excellent from day one. He truly takes the time to get to know you before he works with you in order to figure out exactly his approach with YOU, specifically YOU! I love this because, unlike many other trainers out there, he realizes that it's not a one-size-fits-all with his clients! That said, he met me where I was at - the health, weight, and mental place, albeit I am a former athlete that let the years get away from him - and he began to teach, coach, guide and form me along the path I'm currently on and DANG - the results have been steady and quite exciting to be honest. After just a few months, I am pushing 30lbs lost and am now hitting a new stride on fat loss and muscle growth. In some ways, I feel like I just started with Tyler AND in other ways I feel like this has been a long journey with a trainer who I now consider a friend. You will NOT regret at least reaching out to him if your tired of your weight, your health status, or that overwhelming feeling you get when you think to yourself - "dang, I've got to do something about this!" The time is NOW and you want someone like Tyler to do just what he did with me:
1. see you as a person, not a number and not a client.
2. set realistic, yet big goals.
3. always be a motivating/encouraging factor and presence through every workout.
4. be there to help you through plateaus and or struggles along the way.
5. Always ready to hand out high-fives and fist-bumps like they're candy - "fitness candy" though! Come on now. HA!
6. always show you the right form with the exercise before it's your turn to move, lift, push or pull.
7. finding a great balance with setting the right pace for you, listening to you, but also pushing you when you need it.
8. helping you with your diet goals/plans and being ready with lots of suggestions and great advice for the Kitchen goals...
I could go on and on, but why don't you just give it a shot for yourself! You seriously won't regret it. I plan to stay the course with him for the long haul. Let's GO!
