I’ve been training at TTP Fitness for a little over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The facility itself is incredibly well-equipped, spotless, and consistently well-maintained. I’ve been working with my trainer, Dillon, 3-4 times a week for the past 14 months, and his expertise, motivation, and tailored programs have made a big difference in my fitness journey.

The meal service at TTP Fitness is also top-notch. The meals are macro-balanced, taste great, and are reasonably priced. The direction provided by Turk is always on point, and Nick truly goes the extra mile to ensure every member feels supported and valued.

From complete beginners to serious competitive bodybuilders, TTP Fitness has something for everyone. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I have had the pleasure of working with Susy on strength training and balance for the past 3 or 4 months, and I can attest to the fact that she has a strong knowledge base of anatomy and muscle systems. Susy individualizes your training to what is most needed and is skilled in knowing when to urge her clients to push a little harder or to relax and rest so as not to injure the muscles. I really like her positive and encouraging attitude and feel that I have more endurance and strength now than when I first started training. Susy specializes in working with seniors and she is an absolute "gold mine" and gem of a trainer for TTP Fitness.

TTP review

TTP is 100% worth the investment! Rick has been my personal trainer since July 2024, along with a personalized nutrition plan by Turk and an occasional Saturday boot camp class by Nadia. The best of the best. I have successfully lost 35 pounds and feel stronger than I have in several years!
I had been battling with not being able to stick to a consistent plan and not feeling like myself (2 kids under 2 years will do that to ya), but I finally made the choice to invest in myself, and it has been so worth it. Rick helps keeps me accountable and is flexible and available for any questions and concerns I have. He’s kept me on track and feeling motivated all the way through to where I am now- 4 months later. If you truly are ready to make a lifestyle change and crush some goals, TTP is guaranteed to get you there.

Ryan has been my personal trainer for over 1 year and has given me the motivation I need to renew and continue on my fitness journey. As a 58yo woman with some age related physical challenges I look to his knowledge of health and fitness to keep me strong an moving. He is professional, kind and patient and always encourages me to do my best (or better) at each session. I plan to work with Ryan as long as possible to reach beyond my fitness goals. Ryan B. is a top-notch trainer at TTP Fitness... no surprise: TTP is a fully equipped gym that is well maintained, clean, always smells nice, and staffed with the best people. Ryan tracks my progress, always knows what weights to set on the machines, and most importantly, knows how to take you right to the edge -- but not over -- of pain and exhaustion. He helps you deliver the most you can in a friendly and productive way. I'm 71 years old and never been to a gym in my life, but after six-months I am feeling better and hooked on my program with Ryan and the team at TTP. Thank you!

TL;DR: do yourself a favor and book a session with Susy and come to bootcamp, too!

Full story: I found TTP pretty soon after moving to the area. I had been struggling to find a home gym and consistent routine. This is my first time trying personal training. I knew I needed someone to hold me accountable. I was paired with Susy, and she has been amazing! She’s immensely knowledgeable about all things fitness (strength training, nutrition, running, you name it). She intuitively knows when to push me harder and in doing so has helped me to become the strongest I’ve ever been.

The community at TTP is very close knit, and the atmosphere is comfortable and low key. 1 on 1 Sessions with Susy and boot camps with Nadia quickly became highlights of my week, every week. Susy and the TTP team really have changed my life.

I loved working out with Susy at TTP! She helped me learn proper form and pushed me to make the absolute most out of my workouts. I looked forward to my workouts with her and 100% would recommend anyone to her. Such a kind genuine person who actually cares about how I was doing and my progress.
