Without a doubt the best trainer I’ve ever worked with in my life! Taylor hits the mark in every category that is a priority to me. Where to start…..okay, he has thorough knowledge of how the body functions both from being a strength trainer and his anatomy degree. His expertise has played into his building me a challenging workout program. I love the variety of regimes and the increasing difficulty at just the right pace. I’ve have knee issues and I appreciate that he is fully aware that I maintain proper form through my session. Taylor has strengthened the muscles around my knee to help me avoid future injuries.

Taylor is so enthusiastic and always checks in on my body’s health. Honestly, he’s fun to hang out with while always pushing me forward! Taylor’s the best - do yourself a favor and get on his roster!

This is my first experience with a personal trainer, and I’m almost 70. Wow, has it been awesome!!!!
Taylor took very detailed notes on my health & goals. He’s careful that I don’t injure myself, yet my workouts are already showing results after 5 weeks!
I’m stronger, steadier and have more energy, and I sleep better at night, a huge plus!
I HIGHLY recommend Taylor…he is very educated about the skeletal & muscular areas of the body, he’s real, he’s sweet and speaks his truth, which in my experience are ALL great qualities!!!
If you’ve ever thought of giving a personal trainer a try, as I had for years, just DO IT!!!

Couldn’t be any happier with Taylor. Working with his plan has A. Motivated me to start working out (correctly) and B. Made things more simple than any other trainer I’ve been with before. I’ve always been confused on sets, cycles, and nutrition but Taylor has answers to all my questions and more. Very thankful he was even willing to work with me based on the distance I had from him. Kind, loving, and a funny dude. If you need help with anything fitness Taylor is the man you need.

I have been training with Taylor for almost two years and have not only lost weight, but am the healthiest I have ever been. He is straight to the point and full of knowledge to truly instruct and guide me toward my goals. I plan to step on stage to compete in a bikini bodybuilding competition at the end of this year and feel confident Taylor will help me succeed. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Extremely grateful for what Taylor has done for me and my health.

There is so much BS on social media about fitness and nutrition. The best thing Taylor does is break down the basics, train your body to be resilient and healthy before you focus on strength and size. It all stems from his experience and his education which are both continuously growing.

He takes pride in his work and you feel the personal investment that he has in you as a client and your success.

I had a lot of issues post surgeries and his programming and nutrition guidance really helped me rehabilitate and feel like a super hero.

Taylor is an amazing trainer - he really cares about his clients and builds a connection and relationship that takes it beyond just training in the gym. He is also great with nutrition counseling and personalizing routines to make fitness not only functional for you but also fun! Highly recommend!!
