Looking for a Trainer look no further. No matter what skill level Joe has the knowledge, skill and patience to work with your level. Thinking I was experienced lifter just wanted to have some one to hold me accountable get me back. He surpassed my expectations and I found that his knowledge was beyond me that little change in movements would challenge me and humble me as well.
As for him personally he is not in ur face yelling which I find more motivational to work harder as he is like that favorite coach you don't want to let down. Joe will make time during group classes to make sure you know what's going on and never leave you behind.
Don't take my word, schedule and assessment with him and you will not be disappointed.

I started training with Joe Ramirez to stay motivated and learn proper form for free-weight exercises, and he is fantastic. Joe is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and I can always count on him to be on time. After 3 months of training, I’ve increased my weights by 50%, and I feel stronger, healthier and more confident about pushing through the exercises without injury. Joe keeps me on track without being overbearing and makes each session both productive and enjoyable. Highly recommend Joe if you’re looking for a trainer who knows his stuff and keeps you motivated!

I discovered Joe through my boyfriend after noticing the incredible progress he was making, and I’m so glad I did! Joe was very generous enough to let me jump in on some of their morning sessions and it has been a wonderful experience!
I used to be a competitive swimmer in great shape, but nursing school brought a lot of stress and time commitments, which caused me to lose some motivation. I started gaining weight and feeling weaker. However, in the short time I’ve been training with Joe, I’ve already felt stronger, healthier, and more energized.

I started working with Joe in September 2024. Turning 48 and being within striking distance of 50 motivated me to go into my 50s strong and I felt like hiring a trainer was the best way to do that. I did a lot of research, red a lot of reviews, and Joe’s name kept coming up.
In the 2 months we’ve been working together, I’ve lost about 12 lbs. Didn’t see much weight loss at first, but did feel myself getting stronger and my clothes fitting better/looser. People started noticing a difference, in fact, one of my good friends and my wife started working out with Joe after seeing the changes in me. After 2 months, I had my physical, and it was great to see that my triglycerides and my cholesterol had significantly reduced which were areas of concern for my health. I’ve also learned how to properly do exercises and movements that I had been doing wrong my entire life.
I do a mix of personal training sessions as well as the classes. I like the personalized sessions and how Joe listens to my goals and designs our workouts around those. The classes are small and allow for 1:1 guidance as well. He also works with me on nutrition in a way that doesn’t feel restrictive and focuses on the right things.
I highly recommend Joe if you’re looking for a goal-focused trainer and want a place you look forward to going to. Thanks Joe!

I came to see Joe because I was tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin. It was difficult going anywhere - I knew I had to change, but I didn’t have the discipline to do it by myself. When I found Joe, I was stuck in a cycle of self-doubt. I’ve struggled with my weight for years. Put simply: I was feeling drained and defeated.
Through our training sessions, Joe has taught me that fitness is not just about physical changes but mental changes, too. It was my mindset that most got in my way, not my physical agility or strength. 6 months in, and I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, and feel so much better physically, mentally, and emotionally - and I feel more at peace in my own skin.
Joe is an amazing personal trainer, he will get you more physically fit and he will help you lose weight. He will keep you on track, hold you accountable, encourage and support you every step of the way. However, MORE than anything else, he will instill in you the realization that you CAN do this, and that you’re far more capable than you know!

I decided I needed to get in myself. After three sessions my energy levels increased and I felt great. Joe is an excellent trainer that guides you through form, modifications, targeting specific muscle groups and is mindful about what YOU want to focus on.
