I had been working out seven days a week for over two years, and I did not see as many changes in my body as the ones that I have accomplished in just two months with Jay’s online personal training. I lost 15 pounds, I look and feel better. In 2 months with 2-3 half hour sessions per week with Jay as my online personal trainer my body accomplished what I could not accomplish by myself in 2 years. His meal plan is great as well, it is very diverse yet tailored to your needs and preferences. I was hesitant about the online personal training method, but after seeing the results, I do not only highly recommend Jay as a personal trainer, I decided to stay long term. Now I have new fitness goals and I know that Jay’s online personal training sessions will get me there. Look at my before (6/12/22) and after (8/24/22) pictures! 🙂

Jay is an incredible fitness coach/trainer. His workouts are extremely diverse and engaged, every workout is a challenge, and it’s progressive so I’m always leaving feeling so much stronger. I’m never bored. Jay offers both in person and virtual training which is amazing because I travel a lot so being able to stay consistent with my routine is so helpful. When I’m person, Kay comes to my place and that is something I’m so grateful for. My biggest blocker for working out is time and the fact that Jay comes to me so I just have to walk upstairs ti shower before work is a complete game changer. Jay has shown me workouts and techniques I’d never learned in my many years of cross training and playing spots. I truly feel stronger after working with Jay. I look it too, but I’m not here for the weight loss. Jay has instilled a habit in me that I can’t live without now. His openness and how approachable he is makes our sessions super chill and comfortable. I also love how he hold me accountable to my diet, my exercise and everything in between. I’m absolutely stronger and healthier thanks to Jay over the last 6 months. I’ve also lost 17 pounds since starting to train with him back in July 2022. I highly recommend Jay as a trainer. You won’t regret it!

Jay is the "BEST TRAINER" I have ever worked with!!!!
I was 46 years old and had put on 20 pounds over a 3 year period. I started training with him weighing 147 pounds. I was down to 129 in
5 months and had more energy than ever!!! I felt leaner, lighter and stronger... That was 3 years ago! I am still training with him and have kept the weight off. I look and feel great!
I have worked out with other trainers in Studio City but Jay has been the best one and thats why I have stayed with him for so long! He has a lot of experience and great knowladge about wellness, fitness and nutrition.
He always reminds me about my eating habits and stays on top of it.
He has amazing and very helpful tips! His training sessions are always fun yet hard core and effective! He is also very good with in home training which is what we have started doing as well and it has been amazing!
Jay has a great attitude and a positive out look on life which is very motivating! He has a kind heart and a great sense of humor which makes a tough work out session fun as well!

Training with Jay has been one of the biggest highlights of my 2020 experience.

Jay has been with me through so many changes like when I went to visit family last spring and was worried about losing all the progress I had made. He offered online training I was still able to get a great workout in. His creativity is incredibly impressive, we were able to make use of what random objects we found in the family’s garage and it was both hilarious and amazingly effective!

I never did a same workout the entire I was training with him, so every day it was exciting to see how far I could push my own limits. I highly recommend bringing a pen and notebook to notate what you do every workout with him, so you can practice later and because Jay is such a fountain of knowledge 

He listened carefully to how I was feeling at the start of the workout to assess how our last workout went just to make sure that I was getting the most effective workout possible. He held me accountable whenever I was tempted or completely fell off my fitness plan and always inspired me back to confidence and drive.

I came to him at 4’10 and nearly 150 lbs and now at a lean strong 125lbs.

Thank you, Jay, for being a part of my journey in health and wellness, you are an incredibly warm and beautiful soul. I still continue to follow your advice and have been feeling so amazing!

Jay has been a professional and motivating trainer. We have only been meeting a few months and I've lost close to 20 lbs. My energy levels have improved and I've noticed my metabolism is faster. Jay is the best personal fitness trainer in Studio City, if not all of Los Angeles! I started training with Jay in 2015 when I decided I needed to drop some weight, get back in shape and re-incorporate physical fitness back into my life as a way to stay healthy, sane and manage stress. As a mother, a wife, and a business owner with a demanding schedule, that wasn’t easy to do and Jay has been incredible at helping me figure out how to make health and fitness a regular part of my life. Our workouts are always challenging and he’s always helping me figure out how to put a plan in place to tackle my busy schedule and then checking in on me to make sure I’m staying on plan. His disciplined approach combined with his sense of humor make him the best trainer I could ask for! He keeps me motivated and inspired. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Where do I begin... Jay has been my personal trainer in Studio City for a good while now and I could not be any happier! To be honest, at first I was intimidated to start my fitness journey (as some may be) but Jay could not have made me feel any more comfortable with where my starting point and ability was at. He keeps it real with you and tells you exactly what you need to know, keeping close attention to my eating habits and informing me/educating me
on more healthier ones.
Motivation is key and Jay knows how to keep his clients motivated, making each workout different and keeping it fun and interesting. As I've seen a change in my strength and structure, I look more and more forward to what workout Jay has planned for me, knowing they've been intensified for what my body can and can't handle.
Jay makes sure to focus on each of his clients individually rather than a whole, altering that days workout just for you while paying close attention to correct form. I could not be any happier with the way I look and feel as well as the motivation I get that keeps me on my toes!
