I love finding new gyms to train. Had amazing experience at Train. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was spotless. All equipment I needed was available and in great condition … especially for any Hyrox athletes out there (turf, sleds, rower, etc). Having your own space = no waiting, focused workout … plus bonus recovery room and lux shower. Definitely recommend.

When I started with TRAIN I was postpartum and struggling both physically and mentally. I was discouraged and felt self-concious going to the gym by myself and know nothing about working out or the machines. My postpartum Motivation was challenging for me and I knew I needed help. I was paired up with Janine Frank as my trainer, and it has been life changing. Janine has a powerful and positive perspective on training and makes it fun to show up to work out—something I never thought was possible for me! She is down to earth, easy to talk to, and radiates a contagious positive energy. She always celebrates me just walking through the door and showing up for myself and it’s been a breath of fresh air. She never makes me feel judged for my limitations and also knows when to motivate and push me. I feel myself getting stronger by the day not just physically, but mentally. Working out with Janine has been the best therapy I could ask for in such a challenging time in my life. I could not recommend her enough!

I recently participated in a group training session at Train. With Happy Hour Athletics and it was an amazing experience! Tran, the trainer, is highly knowledgeable and created a supportive and motivating environment throughout the entire session.

The group training format was fantastic because it allowed for interaction and collaboration with other participants. It was great to work alongside like-minded individuals who shared similar fitness goals. The trainer is so excellent at adapting the exercises to accommodate different fitness levels, ensuring that everyone felt challenged and engaged.

I’ve been working with Dorsa as my personal trainer for a few months now, and she’s been amazing! Dorsa truly cares about her clients! She takes the time to understand their goals and tailors their workouts to help them achieve those results. I always look forward to our sessions and leave feeling energized and ready to take on the day. Dorsa and Tran are incredible. Combining Dorsa’s one on one training and Tran’s classes into my weekly regimen has let me achieve my goals and left me speechless.

With Dorsa, I’ve worked with multiple trainers and this is the first time I’ve seen and felt results so fast. She took the time to understand my goals, body and lifestyle and curated a regimen that is easy for me to follow. She’s my forever trainer.

With Tran, I’ve never been to a group class where I felt so welcomed and like I can actually achieve my goals and he created the environment to do both. He is so mindful and uplifting it’s so encouraging to be around him.

I was excited about Train as soon as I stumbled upon it’s “coming soon” Instagram page. I DM’d the IG page and the owner responded right back and invited me in for a tour! I was blown away by the amount of thought and detail put into the design of the gym. No expense was spared for this place. Rogue training equipment, turf lane, racks of weights and kettle bells for EACH lane, and gorgeous bathrooms with showers and toiletries. The lighting in this place is also incredible. There are even iPhone/camera stands in every lane so you can easily document your training sessions! They thought of everything.

The gym and equipment are always in pristine condition and the staff is super friendly.

What sets Train apart from other gyms is the level of personalization and attention that the trainers give to their clients. Each trainer has a small number of clients that they work with closely to design personalized training programs based on each client's goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations. They also have a nutrition+wellness coach that works closely with the trainers to pair nutrition programs with the individual client’s needs and goals.

I have loved training with Joel, one of their trainers who specializes in hypertrophy and physique transformation. I am a mother of 3, I had babies in 2011, 2017, and most recently in 2020, and I am stronger and leaner than I have ever been in my entire life. Joel is attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me reach my goals. When I first met with Joel he took the time to understand my goals and any concerns I had about my fitness level, and then created a workout plan that was tailored to me. Like many women, I wanted to attain that hourglass shape, but I also could not spend hours upon hours in the gym, I needed a streamlined process. Throughout my experience with Joel, he has been very supportive and encouraging throughout each workout, making sure that I was using proper form and pushing me to give my very best effort.

All this to say, I am ecstatic that I walked through the doors of Train, back before it was even officially open! All the trainers are top tier and have unique specialties for whatever your goal may be, the equipment is all brand new, and the personalized training approach is very effective. If you're looking for a boutique gym that offers personal training and a more intimate setting, Train is definitely worth checking out.

Rich is a fantastic personal trainer. Being a first time strength trainer, I immediately felt comfortable working with Rich to set my strength goals and determine what steps I needed to take to achieve them. Rich’s passion for his clients is obvious through holding us accountable during training sessions (and especially if we miss them) and encouraging/challenging us to lift heavier - something that I have seen so many other trainers fall short on. Rich’s positive attitude and energy in the gym makes him a blast to work with. Highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone, no matter if you’re at beginner or advanced stages in your fitness journey!
