I have been a trainer at Thesis now for 5 months and I cannot rave enough how great of a place Thesis is to work! Trainers are appreciated and taken care of here so much more than other gyms I have preciously worked at. Thesis is a fun and energetic gym that truly cares for its trainers AND clients. I am excited to come to work everyday knowing I have such welcoming co-workers around that are going to make sure I succeed to my highest abilities!

My experience with Thesis overall and with my personal trainer, Nate, has been fantastic! It had been some time since I had worked out and I was nervous about getting back to the gym. However, my first consultation with the gym’s manager, Sean, put me completely at ease. He took the time to get know me as a person, as well as my fitness and nutrition goals. Best of all, he paired me with my amazing trainer Nate.

Nate met me where I was fitness and nutrition-wise. He developed a meal plan tailored to my lifestyle and will even modify it when I’m traveling or during the holidays. Since training with Nate, I feel stronger and more confident, and am totally on track to meet my fitness goals. He definitely pushes me to be my best but always provides positive, helpful feedback. My workouts are actually fun with him—something I’ve never experienced before and I always leave the gym with a smile. I can’t recommend Thesis enough, especially with trainers like Nate there.

Her positive attitude and unwavering support kept me motivated, even on the toughest days. I've been training at Thesis for close to a month and have loved my experience so far. The gym and the community are top notch. My trainer, Marvin, has been excellent. We set some agressive goals for the first couple of months, and are on track to achieve them. Marvin knows his stuff. The workouts are very holistic and push me to levels that I know I can't get to by working out by myself. In addition to that, he is a great accountability partner, pushing me to better my nutrition, get my steps in and do my own workouts when I need to. I used to dread having to work out, and I am now feeling energized every time I head to Thesis. Highly recommend for anyone looking to better themself!

I love Thesis, and especially my trainer Melvin! When I first started at Thesis, they worked hard to match me with the right trainer for my needs, which wasn't easy. I used to be very athletic, but during peak covid, I slid into a lifestyle that was beyond sedentary - perhaps "inert" is the right word. I also developed some medical issues (reflux) that made my first several workouts tortuous. Melvin stuck with me and helped me brainstorm ways to adjust and accommodate the workouts to my current reality.

With Melvin's guidance, I dropped from 18% to 14% bf in the first couple of months. My workouts are fun, challenging, and no longer cause for reflux issues. I love coming to Thesis and seeing what he has in mind for me each time!

The gym space itself is super clean, really well stocked with all the right equipment, and always upbeat. I see people at all stages of their fitness journeys at Thesis, and everybody is met where they're at and guided toward their own goals. The vibe is great, the leadership is great, and Melvin is an incredible trainer that I am so glad I found!

Since the end of July, I've been working with Emily S. and can't believe the progress I've made! She's incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and she's helped me develop a routine that's tailored to my specific goals and needs while allowing me to remain flexible for my crazy schedule.

She's an excellent motivator and always helps push me without letting me give up. Her positive attitude and energy are contagious - she makes every workout fun and enjoyable. (Ask to see pictures of her cute dog!!)

In addition to Emily, the whole gym is professional and you can tell folks care about clients' successes. Everyone is always ready to help and ensure people are stronger, healthier, and more confident! Couldn't recommend Thesis more.

I haven't been a client at Thesis very long, but barely 1.5 months into my experience, my lifestyle has been completely transformed for the better. I have more energy than ever before, I'm losing weight, I'm eating better, and I'm building (and using) muscles I didn't even know I had. The gym is flawlessly clean and has every machine you can imagine. The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and supportive, and I couldn't be happier with my trainer (thanks so much, Nate!). They provide personalized support in a very holistic, healthy way. It's not just about the strength training --- they also focus on nutrition, habits, activity outside the gym, sleep, stress, and general well-being. I'm held accountable, but in a fully supportive and constructive way. There is no judgment or criticism --- only understanding, support, and recognition that everyone has different goals and lifestyles. Most of all, it's just a fun, positive, and empowering place to be, especially training with someone as energetic as Nate. Even though the sessions are super challenging and push you to your limits, I look forward to them and feel incredible after each of them. I couldn't be happier and definitely plan on staying for quite a while!
