Taylor is a top-notch trainer. He is highly attentive, sensitive to unique needs, and has a deep understanding of kinesiology and the science behind the movements and exercises he assists with.

Thanks to his results-oriented approach, I have gained visible muscle mass, strength, and flexibility after just a couple months of training.

His dedication to his craft is palpable, and when the craft in question is your body, this creates for an excellent training experience.

Taylor always goes above and beyond, helping with not only the sessions, but dietary questions, daily movements, and long-term plans. He is always easy to reach by phone or text with any questions.

I had an absolutely great experience. He helped me recognize and define what success would be for my fitness goals and how it would be measured along the way. Then he wrote me a program that quantitatively drove performance. I gained 4 lbs of muscle AND lost a ton of fat. I am also stronger and fitter and feel like I can exercise without risk of injury.

Very good at what he does! I especially appreciate that Taylor makes sure to include mobility movements along with the strength movements. I’ve had issues with pain the last few years. He really takes the time to help me figure out a way to gain back my mobility pain-free. His approach is much safer and sustainable.

I’ve worked with Taylor for about 6 months now. Taylor is incredibly organized, results-oriented, and uses a science-based approach to drive progress (think excel sheets and formulas!). His structured approach ensures every workout is purposeful and effective.

I appreciate that he takes extra time to ensure good form on a new exercise and even makes himself available to answer questions on solo days and between sessions. He’ll go the extra mile to send a quick video if you're feeling rusty on mobility routines too.

I highly recommend Taylor for strength training.

Taylor is beyond an Amazing trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and organized. He is always focused on helping me achieve my goals, makes every session challenging (and somehow fun!). My fitness has increased noticeably. Knowledgeable, organized, and effective! I worked with Taylor online for 6 months. He made the process very easy on my end by writing out a thorough exercise plan based on what I wanted to improve. This plan clarified what we were going to accomplish for each session, how it will be measured, and why this helps me achieve my goals. He also helped set me up for success long term by educating me on things that could slow progress or cause issues in the future. Things like, Joint mobility, Stretching, and muscle balance. Highly recommend!

When I started working with coach Taylor I had no experience lifting weights, but he was quickly able to get me up and running and, by the time a year or so had passed I was able to deadlift over 250 lbs. Taylor was also great at working around my old injuries, quickly suggesting exercises that would help strengthen & support the muscles around problem areas.

Aside from being a wonderful trainer, Taylor also kept things interesting during our sessions by being great to talk to and joke around with. Always learning something new, he knows a great deal about music, current events, video games, and a ton of other topics.

I highly recommend Taylor if you're looking for a good trainer with a sense of a humor who knows when to not push too hard and still get results.
