I've been training with Coach Mykia for a few months now and she has been fantastic. She has helped me stay accountable to my goals, and I am feeling so much healthier and happier. One of my main goals was to regain strength in my knee which had weakened over the pandemic and which had started to cause me some pain. Mykia has been attentive and understanding, and has a full library of exercises in her head and is able to adapt on the fly if necessary. To top it off, she is a wonderful person and I always enjoy our sessions.

Started training with coach Mykia few months ago and the whole experience has been great. This the first time in my life that I started working out and she has been very helpful in that regard. This was my first experience with a trainer and I am beyond impressed. Danny takes years of practical experience and combines it with a seemingly never ending thirst for cutting edge knowledge on body mechanics, nutrition, and so many other areas of fitness. His assessment of my weaknesses was spot-on and it continues to show-up in every workout. Each session feels custom designed to push me to new limits and help grow in the areas he knows I need to improve on. I have seen how his passion for excellence extends to leading his own team as well, so I'd feel totally confident in the hands of any of his trainers. Not to mention, he's a great guy and fun to workout with - even when it hurts!

I have worked with coach Mykia for a month now and can’t say enough good things! I use to workout pretty frequently but had taken some time off and wanted to familiarize myself in the gym again and she went above and beyond. She helped me increase my strength, correct my form, taught me new workouts to focus on key areas- plus she is an amazing person. I want to try it on my own for a bit to see where I am and hope to work with her again in the future!! If you need an amazing personal trainer in Austin, I highly recommend coach Mykia!

I enjoyed working out with coach Mykia. The workouts were challenging and she was supportive with my nutrition plans too. We focused on form and agility. I saw results in the 3 months with her. However, I was sad to cancel services due to some issues when she started showing up late several times to our sessions. I didn’t say anything at first, then after feeling resentful that I was paying for several sessions and not getting full hour I confronted her. She was defensive and wouldn’t be accountable. She finally offered two free sessions to make up the time and then went back on her word. While I enjoyed the workouts this kind of unprofessional behavior should be avoided.

My coach is Grace. She is super sweet and yet pushes you to succeed with her calm demeanor. She not only focuses on your workout but it’s also finding new ways to help modify movements and stretches that benefit you. She also helps you be successful not only at the gym but with your diet and sleep, if that is something you would like. I love all the information she digs up that pertains to me. Thank you Grace for helping me feel successful! She’s so great that I’ve gotten the rest of my family to join as well.

Danny is hands down an amazing trainer. He is thorough, listens to my needs and goals and an all round outstanding professional. He is definitely not the typical gym workout/trainer. He understands how the body functions and all of the necessary components for optimal strength, healing, nutrition and performance. He is punctual, plans for every visit and always keeps me motivated and on track. He is fun, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I have seen him effectively switch gears in just moments from my workout to help my mother needing physical therapy, my husband with weightlifting, to my teenage son with high intensity/agility. There are absolutely no limits to his client base or his capabilities.

I’ve been training with Danny since Fall 2019 and I have loved seeing the positive results from our sessions. While I have seen weight loss results since working with him, his primary goal/focus is functional fitness. This has worked really well for me in terms of improving my everyday movements and overall physical health. The workouts are catered specifically for the individual and he has a great way of varying the routines/circuits during our sessions. Danny also has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to physical wellness and provides great tips on healthy living. It is clear that he is very passionate about his job/career and he always brings positive vibes and a great sense of humor to our sessions!
