Rise Studio is so good. I haven’t taken a class that I didn’t like and that didn’t leave me feeling strong and recharged. The instructors are all knowledgeable, fun, sweet, and have great music. The vibes are also immaculate. Highly recommend!!

I have been waiting years for a studio to open up near me!!
I was so exited when I walked in the door and saw Carissa at the desk. What a beautiful set up this studio is.
I have had 2 hips and a knee recently replaced. I have to say the care and concern from the instructors I recieve is stellar!!!

My wife took me to a Pilates Date Night. It was a fun date with her and to see the studio that she loves so much. I'd never taken Pilates before but the instructor was very easy to follow.

This place is extremely cute and the owner & instructors are so welcoming and nice! I was super nervous to try barre and Pilates since I’ve never done it before, but after 1 class here I was hooked! I purchased the new client special to try 3 classes out before getting a membership but after the first class I already loved it. It truly feels like a treat coming in there with the cute atmosphere, working your butt off for 45 mins or so, then chatting with people from the class. It’s such a great vibe and I will definitely be purchasing a membership.

I just love this place!!! The instructors and the owner are wonderful and make the classes enjoyable!! I had never taken a barre class before and never once did I feel out of place or uncomfortable. I definitely recommend this studio!
