I've always been committed to working out at home, combining yoga and Pilates techniques. I even joined Villa Sport for a year, where I would spend hours after work, adding some machines and sauna to my routine. While it felt luxurious, it was time-consuming and didn’t deliver the results I hoped for compared to my home workouts. That’s when I decided to look for a more efficient way to train—and that’s how I found Results Personal Training and met Trey and Danielle.

I signed up for a three-month program, and I’m halfway through now. I train four times a week, with just 30 minutes per session. My program includes two personal training sessions with Trey and two complimentary group sessions with Danielle (HIIT and strength training). Every workout is different, and the energy they both bring is fantastic—there’s never a dull moment!

What I love most is how personalized the experience feels. I have a weak back, and both Trey and Danielle tailor the exercises to fit my needs while still pushing me to achieve more. I’ve just had my second evaluation and I’m thrilled with the progress: I've gained a pound of muscle, lost two pounds of fat, and shed a total of two pounds in weight. I’ve never pushed myself as much as I do in these short but effective sessions—and I feel great!

Wonderful staff, class size avg 8 to 10 people in the mornings. They offer personal training which took me to another level. I exceeded my personal expectations of myself. I don’t know why it took me 3 months to take a class it was free!
The staff was there to make sure that my stance or posture was correct. I have been impressed from day one. You get out what you put into each workout. I reached my goal and I’m in better shape . People say I look amazing but I feel amazing, sleeping better, my knees aren’t hurting. I can squat down. I can get up and down off the floor now.
Just 3 or 4 days a week and eating even a little bit better can make a difference.
They have daily motivational messages on Facebook that I swear were meant just for me.
I can’t say enough about Results Personal Training but thank you.

I recently started going to Results Personal Training and am very happy with the program. After only a few weeks, I’m already getting stronger, losing weight, and feeling great. I highly recommend them.

Trey and Danielle are truly great at what they do and make me feel right at home. They train up to 5 people at a time but each person has a customized program based on their abilities. The exercises are both challenging and completely accessible and there is sufficient support and guidance at all times.

In addition to the exercise guidance, they provide nutritional support. I’m really enjoying the meal plan and the accompanying recipes, which are easy to follow, nutritionally dense, satisfying, and delicious.

They use the “In Body” body composition tool to track progress. I find these assessments to be very helpful to staying the course.

I’m so glad a friend recommended me to RPT and am confident that they will enable me to reach my fitness goals.

RPT is a wonderful place to work out! The classes are fun; the workouts are thorough; and the trainers really care about our results. They offer monthly meal plans and body metrics monitoring to help us progress. The trainers are top-notch. I have a condition that limits my ability to do certain abdominal exercises. Trainers I’ve worked with at other gyms had never even heard of the condition and told me that “everybody can do planks.” Danielle & her staff know better. They recommend modifications to keep me safe, and I’ve witnessed them do the same with many of my classmates for other limitations. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, whether looking to lose weight or just improve or maintain mobility.

Rpt is the best workout studio! Lots of great times to attend. Always a different workout. People are so nice that go there! Coaches are awesome and friendly.! They are always switching it up with competitions, healthy eating challenges! I’ve lost 15 pounds since I started going and gained so much confidence and body muscle. Jan 4th 2023 right after New Years I came across RPT on google. Best decision I’ve made and it’s has been 9mos since I joined and the results are showing. My glutes are tight I am getting stronger and it feels great. Danielle, Trey, Edith, Susie and Alex are the best. I’m telling y’all don’t think twice hittem up you won’t regret it!

I am leaving this review from my husband’s Google Account. My name is Sharon and I love working out at Results Personal Training. The owners are very knowledgeable, personable and very encouraging. They have the best trainers that help you along the way with your personal journey in getting stronger, healthier which in my case just makes me happier. There are all levels of fitness at this gym which is awesome because you never feel inadequate in your fitness journey. Being in my late 50’s I feel that working out is important in maintaining my strength and core for stability as I get older. Bonus to me is it is a 30 minute workout and I walk out feeling a little bit more confident in myself. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! You won’t be sorry.
