OPEX is more than just a gym, been following OPEX for more than 3 years and have jumped into their education path about 2 yrs now. The amount of knowledge the coaches have and share is impressive, definitely has helped me become a better coach when it comes to assessing client's movement patterns and prescribing a workout program.
