I first contacted Oliver to be my PT because despite being quite active, I was never a big gym person as I feel unsure about the equipment and how to do strength training.

Oliver sessions are never the same. He prepares for our strength and HIIT lessons in advance, which I appreciate, as we dont waste any time! He also makes sure to note down the weights, so I will keep improving and hitting PBs.

From helping me improve my running and sports performance, to squeezing into my wedding dress, and now prenatal training, I can say Oliver will always help his clients meet their goals (his exercises are targeted), and do it in a fun, encouraging way!

I can highly recommend Oliver as a personal trainer! 5/5

When I started training with Oliver I was struggling with a serious spinal disc herniation and I was looking for a personal trainer to help me in the recovery process. I was so lucky to find Oliver because he knew exactly what to do and helped me perfectly over this time.

We started training carefully and focused on my form and mobility. Soon enough my condition good noticeably better and we continued with some serious full body strength training to support my spine and improve my overall fitness.
Now after 9 months training weekly with Oliver I'm completely pain-free, I have all my mobility back and I'm stronger than ever.

During all this time Oliver was really keen on teaching me good posture and form in all the exercises to keep the training perfectly safe, even with the injury. On top of that, the trainings were always fun and Oliver kept them interesting by regularly showing me new exercises.

Unfortunately I moved away from Tallinn, otherwise I'd still be training with Oliver! I can highly recommend him!

I have always been active, running marathons in my past, but after some injuries I gave up running long-distance and wanted to build some mass and muscle. I’ve also struggled with my weight for years (keeping the pounds off, mostly) so after stopping doing intense cardio trainings I needed some help to keep the pounds off. After trying out many personal trainers I ended up going to Oliver and have been training with him for over a year now. What made me stay with him is not just the fact that he manages to push and motivate me, but also the fact that our sessions are always fun! After a long day at work, I look forward to our sessions as they are the best way to unwind from daily stressors. My strength has improved, my body composition has changed and is changing in the direction that I desire and lifting weights is no longer something intimidating. I would highly recommend Oliver as a personal trainer to anyone who is looking for a trainer that pushes and motivates you, knows his stuff, doesn’t forget to have fun, and is all around a great human being.

The best personal trainer in Tallinn!

I started training with Oliver, or as I call him ”Satan”, in 2020. Since then, I have learned much from muscle training, posture and overall health. I recommend his sessions for everyone interested in getting in shape, making a change in overall health or learning proper techniques for each exercise.

He is also a super fun and pleasant person to work with, and he keeps you accountable.

If you've always believed that gym training wasn't your thing but still want to effectively gain strength or change your body formation, then Oliver is the guy for you!

I began training twice a week with Oliver in October 2022 as a gym beginner. I had tried various gym classes before, but they never seemed as effective for me. Now, I'm pleasantly surprised to find myself enjoying gym workouts. Initially, my aim was to build more strength and muscle for my team sport. Over the time of around one year, I've learned so much about myself, my body, flexibility, health, and gym routines. Oliver's sessions are enjoyable, and he is the best motivator pushing you through each set! Just when you feel like you can't push any further, he gets a few more reps out of you! Don't thinkt, it will be easy, but in the end, you'll be amazed by what your body can achieve.

I came across Oliver's recommendations in Facebook groups, and I'm happy I followed them. He always prioritizes your needs and has alternative exercises in mind if necessary. His approach integrates strength training with functional workouts. Additionally, he readily answers any questions about the exercises or health/nutritions/muscle work.

Don't overthink it—give it a shot, and you might soon find yourself looking forward to go to the gym ?.

Fantastic trainer! Highly highly recommended ?

I started off unable to do a bodyweight squat due to a knee injury, Oliver worked slowly with me to help build strength and stability while keeping the exercises interesting.
It's now been more than a year, at 2 sessions a week and I'm deadlifting over 100kgs, my knee feels great and I've achieved many of my goals thanks to these trainings.

On top of that, he's friendly, nice, hears when you do/don't like exercises and is able to give the supportive push in that last HIIT set when you're exhausted.

If you've read this far, you should give him a go. He might be as good for you, as he's been for me.
