When I first walked into Lakeway Elite Fitness gym , mostly encouraged by my daughter that works out here as well , I was nervous, unsure, and intimidated by the idea of lifting or training. Fast forward to now—I’m deadlifting 125 pounds, lost quite a few inches and I couldn’t be prouder of how far I’ve come.

I must say, this gym is so much more than a place to work out—it’s become my sanctuary. The trainers here are incredibly knowledgeable and patient! They didn’t just teach me the right form; they believed in me, encouraged me, and celebrated every milestone. They took the time to meet me where I was and helped me build confidence alongside strength.

Beyond the training, this gym has given me a community. The people here are kind, supportive, and inspiring. Over time, they’ve become more than workout partners—they’ve become friends. It’s a place where I feel safe, valued, and motivated to keep conquering new goals !

Lakeway Elite Fitness is private , the environment is clean, welcoming, and supportive. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to push your limits, this gym is the perfect place to grow. Highly recommend it for anyone starting their fitness journey or aiming to hit new personal records!

This is a top notch gym. Top notch equipment from the Eleiko barbells and plates to the lifting platforms and back to the machines and dumbbells, Everything in between. The Gym members are respectful and you get a very good sense of community here. The personal training staff and nutritionists are no nonsense, top notch and well educated. Besides all of that, you can get one on one training, group class training and/or 24-hour gym access to fit your needs. The restrooms are huge with full walk in showers and towels etc provided. The place is kept spotless, and there are even supplements available at the front desk. This place is a one of a kind gem of a gym. If you want to experience the best in Lakeway when it comes to a gym, This place is where it is at, I promise!, So come by and see what you’ve been missing and make a friend or two. Coach Liz and Karin are always available to chat with you and get you into the best shape of your life. Your fitness goals and Nutrition goals do become their personal goals, come see what you have been missing.

Personal, private, secure, state-of-the-art weightlifting gym, with 1:1 or 1:4 personal training classes for all ages and lifestyles.
The instructors are all licensed and certified and happy to help with training and nutrition plans. Highly recommended. 🙂

I have the best coach in the WORLD....Thank you KARIN........I've been training with Karin over 2 years and I couldn't be happier with my progress since I started working with Karin. The gym is beautiful, super clean and functional. All of the other trainers are exceptional too....Allyson, Liz and Eileen are all amazing coaches and they definitely walk the talk. At 50 I didn't want to go a large intimidating gym.....LEFPT is a small gym with a community feel. I can't recommend LEFPT highly enough! Thanks Liz and crew.

The gym is a great size and it’s a very welcoming and comfortable place! It has everything you might want from machines to bands to all types of weights. It’s also clean and organized! I have benefited greatly from the personal training offered and feel supported in my fitness journey. It’s a place where you’ll see all ages, body types, levels of fitness, etc and everyone is treated equally and supported.

Allyson, Liz and Carin are excellent trainers. They demonstrate the correct form, give physiological explanations behind various methods of exercise and push you just hard enough to reach your potential. They are enthusiastic, cheerful and encouraging. They make working out fun!

Atlas Fit is an incredible place. Their equipment is top of the line and the facility is extremely clean and spacious, the bathrooms are gorgeous and make you feel like you’re in a hotel. Although these factors already deserve 5 stars, what makes this place so special are the trainers. I’ve been taking the small group training and I am always impressed by the variety of workouts. The owner, Liz, is extremely knowledgeable in fitness, physiology and nutrition. She genuinely cares about her clients and you don’t feel like you’re just a number here with a recurring membership fee. In a town with dozens of fitness studios and gyms to choose from, Atlas is absolutely the best hands down. I highly recommend trying it out.
