Justin is great. I've been training with him for almost a year now, with a focus on gaining muscle mass, and have seen awesome results.
He does a good job of tracking my progress and making sure each session is challenging. His 30 minute HIIT-style sessions pack in a lot and are sure to leave you exhausted.

In a relatively short time, I have been able to transform my body and gain better endurance thanks to Justin Martin. Justin has developed an effective program that has produced results as I lost 12 pounds in the first month alone. Every minute of your time with Justin is focused and you're in complete go mode. Justin's demeanor is very laid back, he's personable and hilarious. Although I'm sweating and out of breath when being trained by Justin, I enjoy the session because the results are obvious. I'm getting my money's worth and he's very affordable compared to other fitness trainers in the market. If you're looking for a trainer that is welcoming, that listens, is compassionate and genuinely likes people, then Justin is the person that you need to hire as your trainer. He is truly one of the best people that I have met since relocating to Texas.

Justin is an amazing personal trainer. He builds customized fitness programs to meet your health goals. He constantly changes up the exercise routine, so I never got bored. He provides solid nutritional counseling and coaching to help you work though plateaus. He is highly qualified and extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. I've hired several trainers from the bigger gyms and none have compared to the quality of training I received from Justin. Truly life changing. Thanks Justin!

Justin is super positive and knows his stuff! He keeps me distracted so my workouts fly by! When I can’t manage something he provides a variation that allows me to build up to the full exercise. I have seen results and definitely gained tone and definition! Justin also holds me accountable to eating healthy! I feel more energetic and just all around better. I would never go to the gym religiously on my own so having a personal trainer to hold me accountable has been exactly what I needed! Justin is great! I highly recommend him!

After moving to Dallas and trying out roughly five other trainers, I found Justin and stopped looking. He is the real deal. It's only been a month and I've already upped my sessions from 2-3 times a week to almost every day. I'm feeling stronger and tighter because we ALL NEED THAT!
He really focuses on your fitness goals and makes you work hard for it. Not only does he know what's he's doing, but he's in shape himself and lives a healthy lifestyle which motivates me to push harder. There's nothing worse than someone trying to push personal training that doesn't look great himself.
He's professional but very approachable. I mean let's face it, working out in general can be like torture but he makes it fun and feel less like a workout. He even provides guidance on diet plans and meal prepping. As far as scheduling goes, he's super flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to reach any fitness goals, be it losing weight, getting stronger, getting leaner, etc. Justin will get the job done for you.

I started working with Justin about 8 months ago. I had always worked out, but was never able to be consistent in the gym. Since my start I have seen myself get more toned and slimmer. My family and friends will echo this statement as well. His workouts are short 30 min, but very effective. I did feel sore in the beginning and now with consistency my body enjoys the rush. I The scheduling fits perfect with my personal life as we schedule around my work travel (travel frequently throughout the week). Outside of training we converse over meals, supplements, sports, tv shows and just daily life. He always as recommendations for new shows and restaurants. I can say I have made cool friend through my training with Justin. Him and his wife Hope are both great people and I recommend them for anyone who is looking for a change in their bodies. They have lots of experience and only advocate for things they truly follow themselves.

Justin is the best! I highly recommend him to anyone. He is the first and only trainer I met with and it has been a great experience and well worth it. He is flexible with his scheduling, provides a great workout in a 30 minute session, and is all around very knowledgeable and fun to be around. He continues to change up the workouts and also keeps me accountable with my exercise and diet outside of our sessions.
