I’m adding to my previous review as I’m approaching my years end journey with Sean Cruz. He has been dedicated, flexible, supportive and essential in developing my desire for a thriving fitness excursion! Every week he introduces new challenges and is so motivating towards helping me achieve my goal of gaining more muscle mass! In addition, it’s a friendly environment where everyone greets me by name which is a great business model! Feeling welcomed and acknowledged is what keeps me coming back! In one year I have seen so much physical progress and endurance in my ability to reach my goals with Sean. He’s truly inspiring and fun to work with because he knows when to push you and when to encourage you to take a break from rigorous workouts. Plus, he’s personable, funny and friendly! If I could give more than five stars, i would for sure!!!! Kevin also offers nutrition advice and keeps everyone in a good mood with his effervescent personality! Kasiah is always the life of the party and gives me honest advice and guidance. Plus, her personality and demeanor are beyond enjoyable! Sean provides a thorough, intensive and specifically individualized approach for each of his clients. He explains the purpose of each exercise in relation to achieving your individual goals. The workouts are INTENSE in the long run, but he slowly builds up your confidence and stamina appropriately. I’ve been training with Sean for months and I look forward to training with him in a calm, friendly and nonjudgmental environment twice a week. I’ve seen visual improvements to my body and overall muscle strength. I’m more defined and I’m losing weight at a steady and healthy pace. At the beginning, I could only lift fifteen pound weights and now I can lift 40 pounds in addition to 100 POUND SQUATS!!! If you are looking for a dedicated and friendly trainer who displays the results you’d like to achieve…you can just turn to Sean. He’s also very flexible with his schedule if you need to switch times or days. He makes time for you and is always punctual. Highly recommended from a mother of three who wants to lose weight and increase muscle mass! Seriously, highly recommended! Joy S.
