Sherrys recently become my personal trainer , she’s very good at getting and keeping me motivated throughout my workout sessions.
She pushes me to keep going and she has fantastic knowledge of everything throughout the gym and about nutrition for me. I feel very comfortable when I’m with sherry in the gym environment and for me this is a big deal and she even gets me up at 6:30 am which is great as I get my workout done and out the way which makes me feel good after work knowing I’ve been already.

Sherry has been excellent at helping me with my weight loss journey. She is always quick to respond on the app and keeps my workouts up to date making me push myself each time. It's been so easy to communicate and having a remote trainer has made it easier for me to fit gym workouts around my uni work. I trained with Sherry 3 times a week, each session she personalised it around where I was in my pregnancy and my ability, and always checked in on my health and well-being!
