I have been going to fitness 120 for a few years now and I love it. All of the staff are super friendly and encouraging. They answer all my lifting questions and give me tips to increase my lifts. Would definitely recommend working out here. Energy is always a vibe!

I’ve been apart of several gyms over the years, but Fitness 120 is the only one where I have seen real results and felt apart of a family atmosphere. I recommend them to everyone looking for a truly judgement free zone, educated, professional gym staff and an overall positive gym experience. Gotta say this has to be one of the best stand alone gyms I've been to. From incredible and knowledgeable staff to all around exercise equipment. Another huge plus is that it's 24/7 and also has saunas aswell. I would definitely say that it's worth their low cost membership aswell. If you're looking for a better gym to better yourself this is definitely the place. They have equipment for whatever your goals may be. From bodybuilding to powerlifting, crossfit or maybe you just want to get in shape this is the place for you

Hands-down, the community at this gym is amazing. Their bathrooms are clean and the machines are clean. The staff is very friendly and I love it here. I’ve been here for the past six years.
