The environment in the gym feels so welcoming and intimate while also providing opportunities to build connections with other trainers. When I first came to Embody, I was just a few months postpartum and desperate to feel some level of strength and physical competence again.

I’m so grateful to be working with my trainer, Natalia. The way I feel incredibly supported while also being encouraged to push myself to new heights is something I don’t take for granted because this hasn’t been my experience with other trainers. Natalia really listens to my goals and crafts the best plan to help me take steps towards achieving them. I’m so happy to say that I’m well on my way to meeting my goals and feel like I’m progressing every week. I cannot recommend Embody Fitness enough!

I've been doing personal training with Erica for 3 months now and it's been a great experience. I had a baby 11 months before and was finally feeling like I wanted to get back into fitness, but didn't know where to start that was safe and effective. Erica gives great direction on form and has helped me feel confident lifting heavier than I thought I could. She does this by balancing motivating me to do more, while checking in on how I feel with each exercise so I always feel like I'm getting stronger safely. I can really feel the positive effects of our training day to day by being able to lift my toddler up over my head with ease. I would highly recommend working with Erica at Embody!

I found Embody after my previous trainer wasn’t challenging me enough. I’m glad I did! Lindsay is amazing, she focuses on your needs and isn’t afraid to push you. I like that it’s out of a private gym, doesn’t make you feel awkward. Lindsay is personable and you can tell she cares about the success of her clients. I’ve been training with her for a few months and im getting stronger and stronger every week. Highly recommend!

Lindsay is amazing! I wanted a personal trainer to help get back in shape post fertility treatments, and from the first communication she was incredibly professional and showed an understanding of exactly what I wanted to achieve. Her sessions are well planned with attention to detail, and I love that she pushes me to what she thinks I can do (even if I don't think I can!). I leave feeling great and have already seen results after just over a month! Can't recommend Lindsay and Embody enough. Plus she's super fun to talk to and makes sessions fly by!

Lindsay and her team are amazing. I have never been comfortable in the gym or working out but at 8 months postpartum I knew that exercise and mobility is something that I needed to start prioritizing. I was so anxious about starting this journey and felt so intimidated by the gym, but Lindsay gave me confidence and peace of mind. She pushes you and encourages you to set high goals but also gives you grace when you need it. Highly recommend!!

Natalia is amazing!!! I’ve been coming here for 3 months and have noticed huge progress in my strength and overall fitness - way more than I would have been able to achieve on my own. Natalia does a great job of challenging me while also creating balanced workouts to improve my mobility and range of motion. On top of that, she is thoughtful, kind, and fun. Highly recommend her and Embody Fitness!

I can’t recommend Embody enough! I have been working with Natalia since April and have seen such a change in my strength and wellbeing. I love that the gym is small, personal and fosters a great community feeling.

Wow! I just finished my intro class & I must take a moment to write a review before I leave their parking lot. First off, the owner Lindsey is extremely kind & responsive. Second off, the training Ericka is very easy to talk to & I had a great workout with her. I originally had a session at 6:30, but due to work & traffic I was arriving late & they were understanding & accommodating. I’d rate more than 5 stars if I could!
