The training at CSH is the perfect solution to anyone feeling stagnant with their own routines or plateauing with this current trainer. Joe and Anna challenge you with creative and diverse functional exercises. You never have to wait for equipment to be available and they tailor the workout to adjust to your fitness level and modify for any limitations. The environment is fun and supportive and has re-energized me to look forward to my workouts.

My first experience with a personal training facility and it’s amazing! I love learning the technical aspects of lifting and stretching to make sure I get the most out of my workout time! So far I have trained with Joe, Anna, and Alu. All super helpful and informative!! Definitely recommend! 6/8 family members are now training at CSH fitness!

CSH Fitness is an amazing gym! When I first visited, I thought it was a regular gym. I came to find out it is personal training establishment. I was apprehensive, to workout here. It has been a year and a half and I not only gained muscle, but I lost body fat, too. I feel stronger and healthier. The trainers are friendly, professional and have a lot of knowledge. They have helped me gain confidence in lifting weights and doing other exercises. I highly recommend this fitness center ?

Everyone at CSH is welcoming and knowledgeable. All of the trainers meet you where you are at, but still make the workouts challenging. Their focus on ensuring you have correct form is so important for injury prevention. Try them out you won’t be disappointed.

My favorite cup of coffee in the morning! I have been doing HIIT training for years and wanted to switch up my routine to add in more strength training- I came across CSH and signed up right away!
My body composition has changed - Joe, Anna, and Alu have been so supportive over my whole journey. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent trainers. Worked one on one with my son on his knee rehabilitation and overall strength training and got him back to playing basketball! Joe and Anna are wicked smart and super caring. Great facility!
