Great gym with a ton of amenities. I was a member for about 6 months, but had to cancel because it's simply too busy most of the day, and I cannot justify doubling my time at the gym just from standing around waiting for what I need to use. If you sign up, be prepared to either find a small window of the day where it is slower, or to wait for nearly every free weight/bench/rack/machine you need to use. Sometimes I would have to switch my workouts entirely because I couldn't even find alternative options to the movement that were unoccupied. The dry saunas are usually full, so you'll be waiting for those too. Because of all the people, the parking lot is also completely packed most of the time. I've even been hearing stories of members not being allowed in because they are at capacity. Imagine paying for a gym membership, showing up after work when you can go, and not being able to use the things you're paying for. Chuze really needs to put a limit of how many people they allow to sign up, because it results in a diminished experience for everyone in there.

Very laid-back gym. It has all the equipment imaginable. They also have good classes. The pool and hottub are amazing and they even have a steam room and sauna. They also offer tanning sessions and massage. Very complete gym. I recommend 💯

I love this gym. I have been a member since I moved to Tucson. I use all of the locations and go to some of the classes. Love the free weights area. I use the sauna and steam room and the massages every time I’m there. I really wish they had red light beds and cold plunge and that would definitely make it a complete experience. 😀

Most of the equipment is in good shape.
It lacks some things I consider crucial like hip thrust machine and boxing bags. Considering the price, they should be included. I’m also not a fan of all the TVs. There shouldn’t be any in the free weight sections.

I would recommend choosing a different gym. The cleanliness at this location is subpar. It’s common to find that machines aren’t wiped down after use, and as a result, you’ll need to clean each one before and after your workout. Unfortunately, maintaining a clean environment doesn’t seem to be a priority here.

Additionally, the gym is often overcrowded, even during off-peak hours. With only one or two machines available at a time (outside of the Xpress circuit), you’re likely to be stuck waiting—often behind someone who’s more focused on their phone, or worse, live-streaming themselves. In fact, I’ve found myself on at least two people’s Instagram stories since joining just three weeks ago, even in the locker rooms.

If you enjoy the sauna or steam room, be prepared for others to tamper with the settings—spraying cold water on the thermostats to increase the temperature to uncomfortable or even unsafe levels. Worse yet, some individuals throw water on the coals in the dry sauna, effectively turning it into a steam room.

If you’ve paid the extra fee for pool access and additional amenities, expect to be followed by people trying to tailgate you in without paying. The gym’s lack of enforcement of rules and basic etiquette is frustrating, and management does little to address these issues. They solicit feedback, but you’ll never hear back, and nothing changes.

I canceled my membership today, citing cleanliness as the primary reason. However, I found it curious that “cleanliness” wasn’t even listed as an option on the cancellation paperwork, with "other - not specified" being the default. It suggests that cleanliness may not be a priority for them. The cancellation process was a simple check-the-box exercise, and they didn’t seem interested in any further feedback.

In short, this gym is poorly managed. Chuze wisely.

I was turned away as I approached the doors. The building was at capacity for fire safety reasons and the parking lot was full. I guess 8:00pm was just to busy on a Monday... Three days in a row now it’s been at capacity when I went there. I was recommended to go there at 10:00pm

This gym has everything needed to get a great workout. The one thing that’s missing is sanitation and cleanliness. The men’s bathroom is extremely unsanitary and dirty. The floor of the entire gym needs desperate attention. Since the machines are dark colored, I wouldn’t doubt they are not as clean as they look. If they put attention to cared about the cleanliness of their gym, they would be the top gym in Tucson.

My daughter and I normally go to the gym on grant and craycroft but decided to try a different gym so we went to the one on oracle. I will never go here again they are the most rudest staff I have ever meet. I went to get water out of the fountain and it was really warm I couldn't drink it so I went to ask for some ice they told me they can't give ice. I understand not giving I asked to buy some they said they can't and I said well your fountains are warm water let me buy a drink just don't put anything in it and give me ice. So I was willing to pay almost 8 dollars just for some ice and they wouldn't. Seriously
