This gym is a gem for anyone looking for a more personal and focused fitness experience. It’s small enough to feel comfortable and not overcrowded, which makes every workout feel productive and stress-free. I really like the billing approach too — scheduled personal training sessions w/ full gym access promotes accountability and keeps me motivated to show up consistently.
On top of that, working with Emory as my trainer has been great! He brings such good energy and is incredibly adaptable, always ready to adjust my workouts based on how I’m feeling that day. His knowledge of movement mechanics, addressing old injuries, and intuitive strength-building has made a huge difference in my progress. Thanks to this gym and Emory, I’ve seen real improvements in my strength and mobility—and I actually look forward to every session!

I have loved my experience at Chris Protein Personal Training! From my first consultation, I have felt fully accepted for where I am at in my health journey and like I have access to everything I need to reach my fitness goals. Working with Caroline has been so much fun! She is always encouraging and understanding when I am a little more tired. She never pushes me too hard and always tells me to listen to my body. The toughest part of bulking up was eating all of the food I needed each day. Caroline was really supportive and offered tons of helpful recommendations as I started on this journey. So happy that I started training with Caroline at this gym. I've been working with her for about 4 months now, and I'm feeling stronger already. I'm also seeing results already that I haven't been able to achieve by other workout classes I've taken consistently in the past. I'm grateful for Caroline's knowledge, and she's also been able to work around several orthopedic injuries I have, and my pain level has decreased as my strength has improved. The gym is always clean and has a ton of equipment options. It's also never too crowded, which I love. Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Alyse highly enough! I have been dealing with significant lower back issues, including three herniated discs, which have made exercising a challenge. From the very first session, Alyse took the time to truly understand my needs and limitations. She tailored every workout with such care, ensuring I could build strength without aggravating my symptoms. She could also double as a therapist but that's just my opinion ?

I’ve been a personal training client of Emory Blake for over a year, and I couldn’t be happier with his services and the overall gym. As a woman in my 40s with a knee injury I was looking for a knowledgeable trainer , in an intimidation free setting, who could help me reach my goals without aggravating my condition. Emory has been fantastic at working around my knee issues, tailoring my workouts to be both challenging and safe. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he’s also genuinely a super nice guy and fun to work with. He keeps the sessions engaging and knows how to push you without being overbearing, which makes it easy to stay motivated. The environment at the gym is clean, welcoming, supportive and non-judgmental. I cannot say enough good things about them!

I love the environment at Chris Proteins gym! Everyone is so nice and makes me feel comfortable. I’ve been training with Alyse and she is really awesome.
