Great trainer and super nice guy!

After the pandemic, I knew I needed to get back into shape. I signed up for a free session when I joined the gym that Chris worked at. I thought I would give personal training a try as I tried bootcamps and other group training in the past. I did struggle with shoulder issues due to surgeries in the past and hoped to work on that area. Chris worked me through those issues and he would make adjustments to our training as required. As a client for almost 2 years, I can now say personal training is very helpful. It's nuanced for the client as opposed to group workouts. My shoulder feels exceptionally better and stronger.

I credit Chris to his coaching and most importantly his care and commitment with his clients. He's a professional guy with a friendly and positive approach to working out and I credit my progress to his style. He makes working out fun and you will get gains if you follow his advice. I highly recommend him.

I have been training with Chris for about 3 years. He is amazing to train with and so knowledgeable and great at explaining the workout. He’s amazing at creating a program fine tuned for you, when I injured my knee he worked with me to really create a program specific to my needs. He has given me the confidence and strength to not give up on my goals. The gym used to be intimidating but not anymore thanks to Chris.

I've been training with Chris for well over 2 years now and can say without hesitation he is the greatest trainer there is. I helped my mom interview several personal trainers; none of them came close to his caliber.
Chris is knowledgeable, approachable, and flexible. He is also empathetic, passionate, and (extremely) organized. Chris uses his expertise in fitness and nutrition to customize workout plans for each client based on their specific goals and ability. He takes notes so that he can record his clients' progress over time. He regularly checks in with his clients about their goals and conditions to adjust the plans as needed.
Chris knows that I prefer new or fun activities; so, he regularly sets short-term goals or new challenges for me to make workout fun. He encourages me to lift heavier weights incrementally. He believes and knows my ability often when I doubt it myself--but he has been proven right time and time again. He helps me build strength, both physically and mentally. Two years ago, I was intimidated by the very idea of setting foot in a gym, but now, Chris has made it such a positive place that I can’t wait to get back to the gym after returning from vacation. I'm lucky to have Chris as my trainer and guide in my fitness journey. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I started going to South Pas Fitness around 3 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I had made in a long time. The gym itself is fantastic and feels nothing like those overcrowded, run of the mill, smelly and somehow overly sterile at the same time gyms that we all know and barely tolerate. The entire place is state of the art and feels almost like a cozy restaurant!

But the real icing on the cake is my trainer Chris Eicher!! I was his first client when he had just started and I knew right away that he was going to help me accomplish my goals. He attentively listened to all of my goals, gave me an excellent routine, helped me make progress over time, thoroughly challenged me at every encounter, encouraged me to succeed and made working out super fun!

Even though I haven’t been his client for some time now, he still checks in on me and is one of the reasons I still go after it! I highly recommend his services for anyone at any level!

I had never had a gym membership before working with Chris. I was a little intimidated by the setting and didn’t know where to begin. After four months of weekly workouts with Chris, I was hooked. His patient and flexible instruction steadily built on itself and gave me everything I needed to establish a regular, progressive routine. He pushed me hard, and adjusted our workouts when I had a minor injury. Plus he’s cool and nice! I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a personal trainer. Thank you Chris!

I’ve been working with Chris for the past two years now and he is by far the best trainer ever!! He puts a ton of effort into customizing unique workout plans for each of his clients and the results clearly show. Chris also helps me plan out my regimen for the solo workout sessions. He is a super friendly guy and is always a blast to train with. Would 110% recommend him any day of the week.
