Excellent boxing gym with great coaches and vibes - for people who want a good workout with good guidance! Middle-age man just had a kid, looking to shed some new dad weight. On my own, I had been struggling for a while and I decided to give this gym a try.

I am so thankful I found this gym/team. With limited time and a busy work/home life, it’s been hard to get back into a regular routine, but Leslie helped work with my schedule to find a sustainable plan.

I played a lot of sports growing up, but never any combat sports. I tried boxing briefly a few years ago, but I wasn't too serious and I thought it wasn’t for me. But this time around, working with this team, has made a world of difference. I’m already down 15 pounds in just 2 months, and I’ve had so much fun along the way. I’m not just getting in better shape, but I’m able to better focus more when I’m working out and I’ve started to plan my exercise routines/week around Boxing and keeping on schedule.

I couldn’t recommend this team more highly. My wife, who never lifted weights is now joining and has loved it so far as well. It’s a great atmosphere, very motivating, and it works.
