Estúdio muito simpático e acolhedor onde temos a oportunidade de praticar vários tipos de pilates, sem ou com bola, ring ou banda. Aeropilates também é uma óptima opção. Não há duas aulas iguais, pelo que a monotonia não faz parte da equação. Isso é proporcionado por um excelente grupo de professores que não nos dão descanso. E claro, a simpatia da relações públicas, a Sofia, que tem criado um ambiente familiar, pela sua simpatia e atenção. E sabe o nome de toda a gente ☺️
Recomendo, sem qualquer dúvida.

O Instrutor Luís tem um conhecimento da modalidade e de Fisiologia que lhe permite em adaptar os exercícios às necessidades/capacidade individuais. I’ve been going to this studio for 7 months now and I can honestly say I’m super grateful for the team that works there. I attend the group classes and do 1 on 1 reformer classes once a week. My instructor for 1 on 1 reformer sessions is Filipa and I’m super blown away at her knowledge, care and kindness. I really enjoy that all the instructors, Anna, Afonso, Bruna and Filipa have their own style and all of them are great so I can attend whatever class and walk out feeling positive. I’m definitely feeling stronger after these 7 months and have this awesome team to thank! Great job
