Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves when we came. I have a toddler and the park favors that age range as well as older kiddos. It’s also completely gated, even separating different areas with more gates to ensure safety and security. The water area is in the back and there are tons of seating available. This is also an ADA accessible park which is amazing as well. Highly recommend!

All Person's Rotary Park Playground offers a divided play space catering to different age groups, featuring separate play and swing areas for toddlers aged 2 to 5 and older children. The larger play area boasts wheelchair-accessible ramps, ensuring inclusivity for all children. Additionally, the inclusion of a splash pad adds an extra dimension of enjoyment during warmer months.

However, the park's restroom facilities leave much to be desired, often being wet, presumably due to visitors coming from the splash pad. While convenient, the restroom cleanliness could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Situated adjacent to a softball/baseball field and shaded by a canopy of mature trees, the park offers a pleasant environment for families. The rubberized playground surface, coupled with mulch, provides safety and comfort for children at play. Despite showing signs of aging, such as rusty spots on equipment, the park management has taken measures to address safety concerns by using electrical tape for protection.

Overall, All Person's Rotary Park Playground appears to be a popular spot within the neighborhood, especially during the summer months. However, its appeal may diminish for older children above 8 years old, as it primarily caters to younger age groups. Despite this limitation, the park remains a valuable asset for families seeking outdoor recreation and socialization opportunities.

We hosted our grandson's 1st birthday party here recently, but I used to bring my kids to this park when they were little. The park is located under tons of beautiful trees which provide plenty of shade. There is a nice splash pad and restrooms are available.

There are three small pavilions and the entire park is fenced-in for safety. The park has been kept up over the years but the leaves needed to be picked up and there was a little trash around. The parking lot is congested with only one way in and out, no roundabout, but otherwise good. We had a great comfortable day and my guests loved the park. If we lived closer I would visit often.

Pretty decent park, small to medium size park. It has 3 picnic areas with 4 tables per picnic area. It's a gated area with a centralized playground. I like how they divide the park into 2 separate sections, one more for infants and another for older kids

This all-inclusive (and wheelchair friendly) park is amazing! There's so much to do and there's always other kids to play with. Plenty of swings, a separate area for the little tots, picnic tables, and a year-round splash pad! The whole park is gated so you feel safe letting them explore a little on their own. This is our favorite park in the Tampa area!!

The 2-5yo playground is dangerous. Two broken gates that don’t spring closed, trash all over, a 1.5ft drop pit, cracked slides, exposed cut metal from the floor, torn padding, and large fire ants. I have no reason to recommend the young child area. It is horribly maintained

Awesome place to bring your kids year round. Water area during the summer and it has plenty of seating for a small party. Very clean and nice. Public restrooms are always opened as well. My five year old loves this place. Has one huge jungle gym and one for toddlers. Also has 6 swings to push your little ones. Definitely recommend to anyone with children that have tons of energy.

Kids have enough fun but park is NASTY! So much trash thrown all over, even in the small child play area. Gates don’t work in the small child area either. Paint faded and chipping all over the park. I’m glad they finally fixed a broken slide that was broken for 4 months. Faded equipment, chairs that looks questionable, and ants everywhere. ?
Is this what we think our children deserve?! Shouldn’t we be doing BETTER? This park has so much potential that it’s sad.

I’m in favor of a whole park redo and update. This park is so much better to watch multiple children at once than Paul Sanders on Kings. Why not make this the new cool place to play in Brandon?!
