A7 is awesome! If you’re looking for a personal trainer that makes it fun while pushing you to exceed your goals, Alek and the A7 crew are the trainers for you. The gym is in a convenient spot in downtown CDM, is stacked with nice equipment and is always kept clean. Alek is very professional and knowledgeable and ensures each workout is worth your time. AB knows the ins and outs of being a personal trainer. More than being a knowledgeable coach he is also very friendly and easy to get along with. The gym is always clean and very organized. This is a hidden gem! Tucked away across the street from a beautiful park so you can include some outdoor training into your sessions and feel safe in the neighborhood. All the equipment is brand new and it's spotless inside, a super clean facility with a great set up! I love the vibe and energy at A7. Alek is a wonderful trainer who is professional, precise and helps you reach your goals. He is knowledgeable and intuitive which makes each session one to look forward to. Natural bright light, you can choose your own music and there are many different weights & tools to ensure a good workout! I would highly recommend coming to A7!😁

This is the perfect gym for personalized 1:1 training with a professional trainer who listens to your goals and helps you achieve them. Alek is extremely knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and created a workout routine that was perfect for me. The gym is clean and has everything needed for your workout. I highly recommend.

I have been into the A7 training facility a few times now and have had a great experience each time. I got stretch therapy for the first time from Alek and felt very comfortable during the whole experience. Everything went at my own pace and the facility was very clean and professional. Alek was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I was looking for a more personal gym and I found it!

Best gym and personal trainer in OC! Alek is super personable and professional and makes sure to consistently check-in on your fitness goals to keep you on track. The gym itself is lovely too with brilliant equipment and Covid-friendly! Highly recommend 🙂
