I’ve been training with Jason for about 10 months now and could not recommend a trainer more highly. Started at gym, then transitioned to in-home training. He created a custom program for just what I needed. He’s helped me reach my goals and helped me stay consistent in my training as my strength and goals evolve. Very glad I found him. I have been training with Jason and his team for a few months and the results have been nothing short of amazing. I started at 235 lbs, I lost 15 lbs in 2 months on the scale, I was able to lift more, and my energy levels increased dramatically. What sets Jason apart from other trainers is his dedication to helping you achieve your goals, by which I mean if you aren't achieving the improvements he is expecting each week, he'll sit down with you and go over every part of what you did in the previous week to figure out why the target was missed. I've worked with trainers who take your money and put you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, so to find a trainer who makes it his personal mission with weekly checks and followups to ensure you are making progress every week, was truly a refreshing experience and showed me the difference between an average trainer, and a great trainer.

The other great thing about working with Jason and his team is that he gives you the tools to help yourself. I moved to Portland to start a new job, but I've carried on with the same style of eating, working out and cardio and I've carried on making progress.

Whatever your level of fitness, I'm confident Jason can help - I've seen many of his formerly overweight clients go on to compete in bodybuilding competitions - that's amazing!!

Jason Kozma is without question the best personal trainer in the field. He will create a custom plan to meet your fitness goals, you will follow his plan, and you will achieve great results. I have continued to successfully follow the diet & fitness plan during the current safer at home period - so I have really appreciated what Jason has taught me. Training with Jason has been a game changer. I have been very diligent with workout and exercise for the past 8 years or so, focusing most of my workouts on cardio with very little consistency in weight training. After never really achieving the desired results, I decided a change needed to be made and started working with Jason, focusing heavily on developing a consistent weight training routine. I have achieved better results working out three times a week with Jason than I did working out 6 times a week in the past. He is a solid guy and no there is no BS, only hard work. If you are looking to vastly improve your overall health and physique, hit him up, you wont regret it.

I did all the research across Santa Monica and Venice area trainers and Jason stood out to me for many reasons. All of which he has delivered on within the first few weeks of training with him. He is clear and fair with his expectations and ensures you are clear on what you want to achieve. It's three weeks, two dress sizes and 20lbs in and I am excited to keep training with Jason. I have better habits, learning the right way to work out and feel like a different person to who I was back at the beginning of the year. Don't spend the hours I spent looking for the right trainer. Jason is the perfect guy if you're looking for results, not only because he gets you into the gym and working hard, but his experience in the fitness industry is second to none. He knows what works and what doesn't. Less than a year of working with him, I put on 25 pounds of muscle and gained valuable insight into what it will take for me to acheive my goals.
