Hey , been working out here for quite sometime
Over all the facility is good
Nice trainers with experience
Regular batches for HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
And also good strength training section
If you are looking to focus on your overall health this is the place
They also keep the members engaged with multiple challenges to do and also games after workout to keep mind fresh.

The trainers are very supportive and motivated , they maintain the gym clean and hygiene and all facilities are available which are necessary during workout and all types of workout available here

Not a very good experience
Even for the new comers they start with very vigorous workout because of which I suffered severe back pain within a week .
I was prescribed no workout n rest by my dr for 15 days
I told them if I can do the left over 23 days next month due to medical reason they denied and the whole monthly fees was wasted
