Peter has been training my teenage son for over 2 years. On The Go Fitness has been great! The correspondence is timely and professional and they have stayed flexible over that time to make sure the schedule works for my son (during school, school vacations, summer, and through various sports seasons). It has improved my son's physical and mental well being. I would highly recommend On The Go Fitness to anyone!

I have been attending David's boot camps for about 3 months, and it has been a great experience! The boot camps are challenging, but not too hard, and always leave me sore the next day!
I have noticed that my strength has increased, (espcially core strength) since starting boot camp and I was able to double my plank time after a few weeks. David is reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. He answers lots of questions about fitness and shares personal experience which makes the sessions feel comfortable and not intimidating. I would highly recommend On The Go Fitness Pro for group off individual personal training.

I started working with David several months ago, as I needed to lose weight and get back in shape again. I have already accomplished a significant portion of my goals, far beyond what I hoped for to this point. That is all because of David. He takes time to understand my individualized goals, and tailors workouts based on those goals. He also focuses on nutrition, sleep and other items which are important to me but are beyond what I retained him for. David also does a great job in pushing me during workouts, but not too much where I might feel dis-encouraged. I feel like I've accomplished a lot after every workout, without feeling like I can't move!

I would very highly recommend David to anyone interested in losing weight, getting into better shape, bulking up, eating better or sleeping better. He is of a far higher quality than any trainer with whom I've worked over the years, both privately and as part of a club membership.

David's training program is top notch. To start with he is professional, courteous and understanding. He is always on time, in fact he is usually early...When it comes to training, David will push you and encourage you. There is never a dull moment in his session, his workouts are not flat and stagnant, we are always trying new workouts. Lastly Davids knowledge is second to none, he has never left a question of mine un-answered. David is great! I highly recommend him to everyone interested in a personal trainer.

I have been working with David over a year now. I'm a professional Ballroom competitor and needed a trainer who understands and adapts according to the specific needs. He changes my workouts based on my injuries and body pains to make sure I get most out of every workout (very safely) which is BIG for me since downtime is not good for competitive business. More recently, my boy friend and my professional dance partner who has sciatica issues also started joining our sessions. David gave him a few physical therapy sessions to stabilize his core and now we have been working on strengthening his back which is HUGE for our career and the results have been great so far!

What I like about David's workouts is that the routines are not flat. They involve a good mix of stability, rotation and plyo that is crucial to avoid injuries.

Also not to mention David is very professional, always there before if not on time! I highly recommend David if you are looking for a scalable "therapeutic" workout where you can safely grow stronger without injuries with a professional yet very friendly trainer. He is now not just our trainer but a great friend!

I’ve been working with David for over 3 months now and I can confidently say that he has put me in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life,
I’ve never been a really physically active person but now I look forward to my sessions with David.

He is professional and is always on time, if not earlier! I’m looking forward to keep working with him in improving my overall health.

David is an awesome trainer and Boot Camp instructor. I am 64 year old female and I don't like weight training even though I know I need it. David is so positive and encouraging it makes me want to excel. He always shows me a modification if I am unable to do the original exercise and helps me as needed. I just love his Boot Camp class! Anyone can do it!

I would highly recommend David for your trainer or fitness needs.

I’ve been using On the Go Fitness about a year now and I have to say the team is awesome! I’ve had personal trainers off and on for over two decades. I was in the military and needed one to keep me maxing my PT scores. (...because the scores DO matter no matter what you want to believe.) While many things play into your success in the military, I argue that “excellent” performance on your PT tests does a lot psychologically to show you are ready for the challenges of leadership. You don’t need to be a gym rat to be a good leader. You just need to show up once a year, and effortlessly max what is expected of you. And, this is where making an investment in yourself by having an outstanding personal trainer pays dividends in promotional opportunities.

I’ve also used personal trainers to just help me keep myself fit to enjoy the games of life. Whether it is snowboarding, windsurfing, running in fun OCRs, climbing with your friends in the gym, or just trying something new. When you are healthy and fit, you get to play more. You get to see what is beyond your sofa and refrigerator. You get to stop feeling tired, and get to laugh and enjoy life more.

I could go to the gym and push weights. I’m smart enough to know what I’m doing on my own and not get hurt. TBH, most people don’t. I’ve spent years in the gyms and I see you, and I’m cringing because I know you are going to be hurting at some point. Or you are just going to walk away because you feel intimidated by those people that are going to hurt themselves at some point. A trainer, these trainers in particular, are going to make sure that never happens.

Don’t think of personal trainers as luxuries. I’m not rich. I drive old cars, and use duct tape in most of my household repairs. Think of personal trainers as a necessity in helping you live the best life you can. After all, there are no “do overs” with life. When that big white light comes, will you be saying “I wish I learned to ski, or I wish I could have played with my grandkids more”? Being physically healthy and fit will not only help you live longer, but it will help you live better. The research and science is there. This is not an infomercial, it is reality.

And, the best part… it doesn’t matter how old you are, how tired you are, or how broken you are. If you are 80, you will keep your independence. If you are 50 and going through menopause, it will help you manage that madness. If you are 40 and now feeling the pain of your younger years of incorrectly pumping iron or doing things you shouldn’t have they will help you overcome those “hangovers”. And if you are 20, you will learn the true way of fitness and conditioning to keep you in the best health as you manage the challenges life will throw at you.

You can try and “duct tape” your health, but odds are not in your favor. Leave that for your HVAC or cracked window. Get a trainer. Invest in yourself and the life you want to live. Dave and his team will ensure your investment has the highest and most enduring in lifelong returns.
