I have trained with Sami for 3 years, and she has been a vital aspect of elevating my fitness and overall health. Before I began with her, I had chronic back pain from having two kids, and felt in constant danger of injury when working out. Sami took careful consideration of my recovery during training, safely bringing my body back into working order. Now, we celebrate together as I accomplish exercises with ease that use to be impossible.

Sami is the best trainer! I started with her a few years ago. I was not a gym person at all. I’d had prior injuries and I was very concerned about hurting myself. Sami is very knowledgeable and made sure that my form was correct and that I wasn’t doing anything that could cause me to injure the joints that I was concerned about. I never thought I’d stick with it but now I’m stronger than I have ever been! Sami is amazing at what she does and she cares about the whole person not just the workout.

Sami is inspiring, motivating and encouraging. She not only pushed me physically but took my total body health into consideration. Having some prior injuries, she adjusted a workout that adapted to those but yet strengthened the weak areas. Sami is a gem and someone I completely trust. I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a personal trainer!

I'm so glad I met Sami and decided to train with her!

She is very knowledgeable in her techniques and always has your safety in mind, which was a huge deal for me. Whether you want to lose weight, or in my case gain it, or just be more active she will actively work with you for scheduling, diet suggestions, workout plans. This trainer handles her business!

Sami helped me with form, pace, regiment and helped me see steady gains in my workouts which was a big motivator. We all know motivation can be the difference whether you show up or not sometimes. I worked with Sami for over 2 years and in that time I was able to realize my goal of weighing over 200lbs, "mostly" muscle. I love snacks though, so, you know.

I also gained a great amount of information in that time. How to lift properly and increase my weight safely and steadily. Different exercises to work your body different ways so you don't plateau and stuff like that.

She will encourage you, motivate you, look out for your concerns and goals. I highly recommend working with Sami!
