I can’t say enough positive things about Charlie! Meeting him as completely changed my perspective about fitness, wellness and living my best, healthy life. After unsuccessfully trying to lose weight by adjusting my diet and workouts over the course of many years, I realized that I needed the support and guidance of a trainer. I’m so glad I met Charlie because he’s been instrumental in getting me back on track to living my best life in a healthy way that is sustainable and realistic for the long run. Not only is his approach very thoughtful and science-back but he really took the time to understand my personal goals and worked with me to achieve meaningful results! I never enjoyed working out until I met Charlie and can’t thank him enough for being such a motivating trainer!

I’ve worked with many trainers in the past and Charlie is the best BY FAR! So happy I found him. He knows what he’s doing, what he’s talking about, and he really perfects your body to be in the best shape while making the experience fun. He’s extremely professional, punctual, and cares about your fitness journey. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I started with Charlie about a month ago. Hes the best!! Hes so sweet and knowledgable. I lost 10 pounds already and I fit into all my old clothes again. You will not regret working with him. He delivers on his promises I couldnt be happier. I really hate working out but he makes it fun and distracts me so the hour goes by so quickly. Plus, the gym we work out in is super lowkey and just an all around nice environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
