I had never been to a gym in my 65 years of life. Sharon was the catalyst, the expert who inspired me to join my local gym and commit to strength training under her supreme guidance. The program she created for me is individualized and based on my current physical status and the goals I wanted to achieve. Sharon’s genuine care and her response to my questions and concerns have
helped me move forward. Because of her I feel stronger physically and emotionally. Her communication with me is ongoing and she schedules Zoom meetings as she or I see that one would be beneficial. Additionally, Sharon has helped me with my meals, to balance them in order to support my physical workouts. For someone who wasn’t drinking water months ago I’m now approaching what my body requires. That’s another big change. Her support and encouragement matches perfectly with my needs. I can’t say enough about what Sharon has done to shift my life and to help me focus on what I need so that I can be strong for others personally and professionally.

Sharon is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions with detailed explanations that help me understand the benefits of the workouts. She is very supportive and positive and has definitely motivated me to workout on a consistent basis. Sharon is very passionate about her work and she is so willing to help in any way she can. I am just finishing a 3-month program of Sharon's, tailored to combine strength training with recovery from chronic dizziness, aka Neural Circuit dizziness. I enjoyed this program enormously and strongly recommend it.

It starts with an eBook that describes the principles behind the movements, which I found very helpful and frequently consulted during the course. Sharon definitely knows both strength training and neural circuit issues well, which made it easy to understand why these 2 areas could be blended like this. During the course, we learn why each of these movements were chosen and how they help us to improve balance, proprioception, and to work with deliberate stress to learn to feel safe doing these movements.

The core part of the program consists of a step-by-step app that I used on my cell phone for each workout. The app was easy to use, and every workout had detailed instructions describing how to do the movements (and *why*), as well as videos demonstrating. Each movement came with a choice of alternatives to accommodate our fitness levels and/or available equipment. The movements were organized primarily in supersets, and the app leads you step-by-step through each set and rest period. It's easy to know what to do at each step.

This particular program had 3 phases of increasing levels of intensity, starting with higher reps with lighter weights and gradually moving toward fewer reps with higher weights, plus introducing new movements. I found all of the movements doable (you choose the weights and rep count) and also very challenging. The intensity of each phase increased at a pace that matched increasing fitness.

Throughout the course, Sharon sent out articles to help understand concepts related to both strength training as well as working with stress. For example, I especially liked the discussion of using time under tension to increase the "good" stress as well as how to "complete the stress cycle" to learn to feel the body's stress response returning back to normal.

I also appreciated that Sharon took time answer my questions via email with very thoughtful replies.

Over the period of this course, I've become physically stronger and comfortable with a wider range of full-body movements. My proprioception is better, my balance is better, and my overall freedom of movement is better. I've learned to feel safe doing intense movements and have a much more attuned sense of working with my own levels of stress, including what it feels like to increase and also what it feels like as it decreases. What works so well in this strength training focus also scales very well into other parts of our lives.

5 stars, and I can't wait to see what else Sharon offers.

Sharon is amazing! Honestly working with her was the best decision I have made for my physical and mental health. As a mom I was searching for a trainer who could understand me on a different level. Sharon truly cares and invests so much in her clients. I feel so much stronger mentally and physically. She made me feel so confident even from day one and I never felt judged or insecure. She always focuses on the positives and goes above and beyond to help in any way needed. Her knowledge was the biggest help for me. With different aches and pains, she was able to help me find the best exercises for my body and ways to work around and strengthen my weaker areas. I have watched so many videos and taken tons of classes, but never knew if I was really doing the movements correctly to make an impact. Sharon’s attention to detail and knowledge base made such an impact. She always checks in to make sure you are hitting the correct muscle group and gives ways to fix or improve if not. I would 100% recommend Sharon to anyone looking for a trainer, especially women who want to feel stronger and more confident.

I’ve recently completed my 12 week strength program designed by Dr Sharon and Dr Yonit and having suffered with chronic dizziness for over a year I was delighted to finally see a program that would help me improve my strength while being mindful of my dizziness issues. The exercises were explained and demonstrated so well that it made it easy to follow and I felt really comfortable doing these sessions. I saw a noticeable improvement in both my strength and my dizziness symptoms at the end of my 12 weeks. Even though I still feel symptoms from time to time I now feel less bothered by them and can continue on my day without letting it hold me back. I have come a long way since my symptoms started over a year ago and I credit that to the fantastic work of Dr Yonit and Dr Sharon who make people with chronic dizziness feel seen and understood. I will continue to keep up my strength training into the future as it makes me feel so much better not only physically but mentally as well. Thank you Dr Sharon and Dr Yonit for your fantastic work.

Sharon is absolutely the best! You will thank yourself every day for taking the time to invest in yourself with her. She will meet you exactly where you're at in terms of knowledge, fitness, and goals -- and she'll support you in every way she can, continually asking for your thoughts and feedback so she can better gauge the progress you're making and specifically tailor the program to where you are in your journey. I have frequently done group exercise classes and workouts on my own, and I've witnessed many one-on-one trainers working with friends and neighbors in my community gym, etc... There is simply nobody else I've ever come across who has the subject knowledge, experience, and ability to communicate the information so clearly and helpfully as Sharon. Plus, she doesn't only clearly love what she's doing, but she really cares about the whole person in front of her. I hands-down, 100% recommend her if you are looking for someone to help you on your journey. Best decision I made this year!
